Tooth Decay and cavities Remedies from Home by Natural Ayurvedic



      Based on the principles of Ayurveda (the ancient Indian science of healing by completely natural) its non-invasive, and can be prepared at home.

Tooth Decay: Tooth decay is a major cause for tooth loss which may leads to other side effects like stomach upset etc.

Few Important Causes for Toot Decay:

1• Excessive consumption of sugary and starchy food
2• Bacteria in the mouth convert the sugar into acids 
3• Acid combines with food particles to form plaque
4• Plaque leads to cavities which if not treated can lead to loss of tooth
Symptoms of Tooth Decay:

     Development of cavities in the mouth from small black spot to big hole. Presence of plaque or black sticky deposits on teeth are the initial state of it.

Natural home remedies:
1. By using rock salt and mustard oil Steps:

Step 1• Take 1 Table spoon of rock salt and 2 Table spoon of mustard oil Mix them thoroughly
Step 3• Massage this on your teeth possible between the gaps of Tooth
Step 4• Leave it for 5 min
Step 5• Gargle with water 



2. By using salt:

Step 1• Take 1 glass warm water
Step 2• Add 1 table spoon of salt
Step 3• Mix well until salt diluted well in water
Step 4• Gargle with this water every night

Tips:

1• Massage your teeth with clove oil
2• Gargle with water well after consuming any food or drinks.
3• Chew clove after meal if possible
4• Include onions in your daily diet. Onions are effective in killing germs
4. Use Ayurvedic Tooth Paste instead of synthetic or chemicals

  5. I wish i came across these tips earlier, I didnt take any steps before and had to go to a dental centre and repair my mouth, now I shall be more careful, not to mention my dentist is very particular and its a great clinic.
